Mission
To help Young sailors to become professional sailors, and to give them a good personal life base for their future.

Vision
Together as a team to help successful sailors to participiate in, and to reach World, European, National Championships and Olympic medals in the timeframe of 2010-2016

Team spirit
This is a professional team with a strong team spirit for those who want to become good sailors with clear targets for themselves. They must also show full respect for the other team members.

Best available coaches nationally and internationally
Help to plan their own sailing career
Education to build their own projects and financing
